(A)A person or government entity seeking to operate a training program that prepares individuals to become certified community health workers shall submit an application to the board of nursing on forms the board shall prescribe and furnish. The applicant shall include all information the board requires to process the application. The application shall be accompanied by the fee established in rules adopted under section4723.87of the Revised Code. The board shall review all applications received. Except as provided in division (B) of this section, if an applicant meets the standards for approval established in the board's rules adopted under section4723.88of the Revised Code, the board shall approve the program.
(B)(1) The board shall deny approval of the program if an applicant submits
