Text

(A)No person who does not hold a current, valid certificate issued under section4723.75or renewed under section4723.77of the Revised Code shall do either of the following:
(1)Claim to the public to be a dialysis technician;
(2)Use the title "Ohio certified dialysis technician," the initials "OCDT," or any other title or initials to represent that the person is authorized to perform dialysis care as a dialysis technician.
(B)No person who has not successfully completed a dialysis training program approved by the board of nursing under section4723.74of the Revised Code within the previous eighteen months shall do either of the following:
(1)Claim to the public to be a dialysis technician intern;
(2)Use the title "dialysis technician intern," the initials "DTI," or any other title
