Text
(A)The board of nursing, by vote of a quorum, may impose one or more of the following sanctions against any individual who applies for, or holds, a medication aide certificate: deny, revoke, suspend, or place restrictions on the certificate; reprimand or otherwise discipline the holder of a medication aide certificate; or impose a fine of not more than five hundred dollars per violation. The sanctions may be imposed for any of the reasons specified in division (A) or (B) of section4723.28of the Revised Code, to the extent that those reasons are applicable to medication aides or applicants as specified in rules adopted under section4723.69of the Revised Code.
