As used in this section and in sections4723.64to4723.69of the Revised Code:

(A)"Contact hour" means sixty minutes of continuing education, which may be determined by rounding to the nearest quarter hour.

(B)"Medication" means a drug, as defined in section4729.01of the Revised Code.

(C)"Nursing home" and "residential care facility" have the same meanings as in section3721.01of the Revised Code.

(D)"Prescription medication" means a medication that may be dispensed only pursuant to a prescription.
