(A)As used in this section:

(1)"Community addiction services provider" has the same meaning as in section5119.01of the Revised Code.

(2)"Medication-assisted treatment" has the same meaning as in section340.01of the Revised Code.

(B)An advanced practice registered nurse shall comply with section3719.064of the Revised Code and rules adopted under section4723.51of the Revised Code when treating a patient for addiction with medication-assisted treatment or proposing to initiate such treatment.
