(A)If the applicant for a license to practice nursing as an advanced practice registered nurse has met all the requirements of section4723.41of the Revised Code and has paid the fee required by section4723.08of the Revised Code, the board of nursing shall issue the license and designate the license holder as a certified registered nurse anesthetist, clinical nurse specialist, certified nurse-midwife, or certified nurse practitioner. The license and designation authorize the holder to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse in the specialty indicated by the designation. The board shall issue or deny t he license not later than t hirty days after receiving all of the documents required by section4723.41of the Revised Code.
