Text
(A)As used in this section, "person" has the same meaning as in section1.59of the Revised Code.
(B)A person or governmental entity that employs, or contracts directly or through another person or governmental entity for the provision of services by, a nurse holding a multistate license to practice registered or licensed practical nursing issued pursuant to section4723.11of the Revised Code shall do both of the following if the nurse's home state, as defined in that section, is not Ohio:
(1)Report to the board of nursing the number of nurses holding multistate licenses who are employed by, or providing services for, the person or governmental entity;
(2)Provide each nurse holding a multistate license a copy of board-developed information concerning laws and rules specific to the prac
