The Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators, in providing an opportunity to comment on a proposed rule as set forth in article VIII.g. of the "Nurse Licensure Compact" entered into under section4723.11of the Revised Code, shall provide the opportunity to comment orally via teleconference.
