Not later than thirty days after the "Nurse Licensure Compact" is entered into under section4723.11of the Revised Code, the board of nursing, in accordance with article VII of the compact, shall select an individual to serve as an administrator to the interstate commission of nurse licensure compact administrators created under the compact. The board shall fill a vacancy in this position not later than thirty days after the vacancy occurs.
