Text
The board of nursing shall not refuse to issue a license under section4723.09of the Revised Code or a certificate under section4723.26,4723.651,4723.75,4723.85, or4723.89of the Revised Code because of a conviction of, plea of guilty to, a judicial finding of guilt of, a judicial finding of guilt resulting from a plea of no contest to, or a judicial finding of eligibility for a pretrial diversion or similar program or for intervention in lieu of a conviction for a criminal offense unless the refusal is in accordance with section9.79of the Revised Code.
