Text
(A)Whoever violates section4707.02of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree on the first offense and a felony of the fifth degree on each subsequent offense.
(B)Whoever violates this chapter or any rule adopted by the department of agriculture in the administration of this chapter, for the violation of which no penalty is provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(C)Whoever violates section4707.151of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree on the first offense and a felony of the fourth degree on each subsequent offense.
(D)Notwithstanding section1901.31,1907.20, or2335.37of the Revised Code, the clerk of the court shall transmit to the treasurer of state for deposit into the state treasury to the credit of the auction edu
