Text
In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the department of transportation may institute in any court of competent jurisdiction an action to prevent, restrain, correct, or abate any alleged violation or threatened violation of sections4561.30to4561.39of the Revised Code or any rule adopted or order issued under them. The court may grant such relief as may be necessary.
