Nothing in sections4517.50to4517.65of the Revised Code shall be construed to apply to manufacturers or dealers of manufactured homes as defined in and manufactured pursuant to the "National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974," 94 Stat. 1641, 42 U.S.C.A. 5401, as amended.
