Text
(A)Every solid tire, as defined in section4501.01of the Revised Code, on a vehicle shall have rubber or other resilient material on its entire traction surface at least one inch thick above the edge of the flange of the entire periphery.
(B)Whoever violates this section shall be punished as provided in section4513.99of the Revised Code.
