Text

(A)A law enforcement agency shall compile the information from reports submitted in accordance with division (C)(2) of section4511.204and division (C) of section4511.991of the Revised Code. Every other month, the agency shall prepare a report that describes the number and race of the offenders who received a ticket, citation, or summons under those sections during the prior two months. Upon completion of the report, the agency shall send the report to the attorney general.
(B)The attorney general shall complete an annual report that is based on the reports submitted by law enforcement agencies under division (A) of this section during the prior one-year period. The report shall describe both of the following:
(1)The total number of offenders by race who received a ticket, citation, or
