Text

(A)As used in this section:
(1)"Fifth wheel trailer," "mobile home," and "travel trailer" have the same meanings as in section4501.01of the Revised Code.
(2)"Manufactured home" has the same meaning as in division (C)(4) of section3781.06of the Revised Code.
(B)Except as provided in division (C) of this section, no person shall occupy any travel trailer, fifth wheel trailer, or manufactured or mobile home while it is being used as a conveyance upon a street or highway.
(C)Division (B) of this section does not apply to a fifth wheel trailer when both of the following apply:
(1)Any child riding in the fifth wheel trailer is properly secured in the manner provided in section4511.81of the Revised Code;
(2)The operator of the vehicle towing the fifth wheel trailer has some means of
