(A)Twenty-five dollars of any fine imposed for a violation of a municipal OVI ordinance shall be deposited into the municipal or county indigent drivers alcohol treatment fund created pursuant to division (H) of section4511.191of the Revised Code in accordance with this section and section733.40, divisions (A), (B), and (C) of section1901.024, division (F) of section1901.31, or division (C) of section1907.20of the Revised Code.
