Text
(A)A fee of thirty dollars shall be charged by the registrar of motor vehicles or an eligible deputy registrar for the reinstatement of any driver's license suspended pursuant to division (A) of Article IV of the compact enacted in section4510.71of the Revised Code. In addition, each deputy registrar shall collect a service fee of ten dollars to compensate the deputy registrar for services performed under this section. The deputy registrar shall retain eight dollars of the service fee and shall transmit the reinstatement fee, plus two dollars of the service fee, to the registrar in the manner the registrar shall determine.
