Text
(A)"Executive head" as used in article VIII (b) of the compact set forth in section4510.61of the Revised Code with reference to this state means the governor.
(B)"Licensing authority" as used in Articles III, IV, V, and VII of the compact set forth in section4510.61of the Revised Code with reference to this state means the bureau of motor vehicles within the department of public safety.
