Text
(A)No person whose driver's or commercial driver's license or permit or nonresident operating privilege has been suspended for life under a class one suspension imposed under division (B)(3) of section2903.06or section2903.08of the Revised Code shall operate any motor vehicle upon the public roads or highways within this state during the remaining life of the person.
(B)Whoever violates this section is guilty of driving under specified lifetime suspension, a felony of the third degree.
