Text

The registrar of motor vehicles shall consent to the cancellation of any bond or certificate of insurance or return any money to the person entitled thereto upon the substitution and acceptance of other adequate proof of financial responsibility in accordance with sections4509.01to4509.78, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
