Text
The deposit provided for in section4509.62of the Revised Code shall be held by the registrar of motor vehicles to satisfy, in accordance with sections4509.01to4509.78, inclusive, of the Revised Code, any execution on a judgment, against the person making the deposit, for damages, including damages for care and loss of services, because of bodily injury to or death of any person, or for damages because of injury to property, including the loss of use thereof, resulting from the ownership, maintenance, or use of a motor vehicle after such deposit was made. Money so deposited shall not be subject to attachment or execution unless such attachment or execution arises out of a suit for damages as described in this section.
