(A)Sections4509.01to4509.78, inclusive, of the Revised Code do not apply to policies of automobile insurance against liability which may be required by any other law of this state, but if such policies contain an agreement or are indorsed to conform with such section they may be certified as proof of financial responsibility under such sections.

(B)Such sections do not apply to policies insuring solely the named insured against liability resulting from the maintenance or use, by persons in the insured's employ or on his behalf, of motor vehicles not owned by the insured.
