Text
The registrar of motor vehicles, if satisfied as to any fact which under sections4509.21to4509.23of the Revised Code would entitle a person to relief from sections4509.12and4509.17of the Revised Code, shall not require the deposit of security by the person so relieved and shall terminate any prior order of suspension with respect to that person, or if security previously has been deposited, the registrar immediately shall return the deposit to the depositor or to the depositor's personal representative.
