Text
The registrar of motor vehicles shall not restore any operating privileges or reissue a probationary driver's license, restricted license, driver's license, or probationary commercial driver's license suspended under section2923.122of the Revised Code until the person whose license was suspended pays a reinstatement fee of thirty dollars to the registrar or an eligible deputy registrar. In addition, each deputy registrar shall collect a service fee of ten dollars to compensate the deputy registrar for services performed under this section. The deputy registrar shall retain eight dollars of the service fee and shall transmit the reinstatement fee, plus two dollars of the service fee, to the registrar in the manner the registrar shall determine.
