(A)Notwithstanding division (A)(2) of section4505.18of the Revised Code or any other provision of this chapter or Chapter 4517. of the Revised Code, a secured party may designate a manufactured housing dealer to display, display for sale, or sell a manufactured or mobile home if the home has come into the possession of that secured party by a default in the terms of a security instrument and the certificate of title remains in the name and possession of the secured party.
