Text
Upon receipt by the county auditor of moneys pursuant to section4501.043of the Revised Code, the county auditor shall pay into the treasury of each township in the county levying a township motor vehicle license tax the portion of such money due the township as shown by the certificate of the registrar of motor vehicles prepared pursuant to section4501.031of the Revised Code. The money shall be used by the township only for the purposes described in section4504.18of the Revised Code.
