Text
Upon receipt of an application pursuant to division (J) of section4503.10of the Revised Code for apportioned registration under the international registration plan and payment of all taxes or fees due on the vehicle, the registrar of motor vehicles shall issue a license plate as provided in section4503.19of the Revised Code and a registration card for each vehicle registered under the international registration plan. The registration card shall identify the vehicle for which it is issued, list the jurisdictions in which the vehicle has been apportioned, the weight and classification for which the vehicle has been registered, and any other information the registrar may require by rule. The registration card shall, at all times, be carried in or upon the vehicle for which it has been issued.
