Text
(A)Application for the registration of an apportionable vehicle shall be made to the registrar of motor vehicles in accordance with division (J) of section4503.10of the Revised Code.
(B)Any person applying to register a vehicle or combination vehicle that has a gross vehicle weight of twenty-six thousand pounds or less or two axles, or that is a bus used in charter party service, also may register the vehicle in accordance with division (J) of section4503.10of the Revised Code if the vehicle is used or intended for use in two or more international registration plan member jurisdictions.
(C)No later than December 31, 2011, the registrar shall adopt rules under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to establish a program to accept applications for vehicle registration transaction
