Text
Any person being awarded the congressional medal of honor may apply to the registrar of motor vehicles for the registration of his personal motor vehicle without the payment of any registration fee and service fee as required by sections4503.04,4503.10, and4503.102of the Revised Code, and without the payment of any applicable county or municipal motor vehicle tax levied under Chapter 4504. of the Revised Code. The application for registration shall be accompanied by such documentary evidence in support of such award as the registrar and the director of public safety may require by rule.
