(A)As used in this section, "volunteer rescue service organization" means any organization of volunteers organized to perform as an emergency medical service organization as defined in section4765.01of the Revised Code.
(B)A motor vehicle titled in the name of a volunteer rescue service organization and used solely in the transaction of the business of the organization may be registered without the payment of any registration fee and service fee required by sections4503.02and4503.10of the Revised Code, and without the payment of any applicable county or municipal motor vehicle tax levied under Chapter 4504. of the Revised Code. In applying for registration of such a motor vehicle, a member of a volunteer rescue service organization shall sign an affidavit, prescribed by the registrar of
