Text
Vehicles of the type required to be registered under this chapter titled in the name of the Ohio wing, civil air patrol, and used solely in the transaction of official business are exempted from the payment of the annual license tax levied by section4503.02of the Revised Code.
Such vehicle shall be painted standard air force blue, except vehicles that are used for emergency purposes may be painted red or white, and all vehicles shall be clearly marked with civil air patrol identification, Ohio wing vehicle identification number, and the words "For Official Use Only" according to the rules and specifications promulgated by the registrar of motor vehicles.
An affidavit, prescribed by the registrar of motor vehicles, signed by the proper officer of the Ohio wing owning such vehicle, stating
