Text

(A)Whoever violates section4399.16of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than five nor more than one hundred dollars.
(B)Whoever violates section4399.09of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars on a first offense and shall be fined not less than two hundred nor more than five hundred dollars on each subsequent offense.
(C)Whoever violates section4399.10of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars and imprisoned not less than one nor more than six months.
(D)Whoever violates section4399.14of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than five hundred dollars, imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
