Text

(A)Whoever violates section4303.28of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one thousand nor more than twenty-five hundred dollars or imprisoned not less than six months nor more than one year.
(B)Whoever violates section4303.36of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars.
(C)Whoever violates section4303.37of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than fifty dollars.
(D)Whoever violates division (D)(2) of section4303.202or division (C) of section4303.208of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(E)(1) Whoever violates division (B)(1) or (2) of section4303.236of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.
