(A)As used in this section, "exhibition premises" means a premises at the site where an exhibition sanctioned by the U.S. Christopher Columbus quincentenary jubilee commission is being or has been held, if the exhibition is or was sponsored by an organization that also is sponsoring or has sponsored an exhibition sanctioned by the international association of horticulture producers.
(B)Sections4301.32to4301.391and4305.14of the Revised Code and the provisions for local option elections and the election on the question of the repeal of Section 9 of Article XV, Ohio Constitution, in section4303.29of the Revised Code do not affect or prohibit the sale of beer or intoxicating liquor at an exhibition premises if the permit holder for the premises operates pursuant to the authority of a D liqu
