If a majority of the electors voting on the question specified in section4301.356of the Revised Code vote "yes," the sale of beer and intoxicating liquor shall be allowed at the community facility on all days of the week, including Sunday, for the use specified in the question, subject only to this chapter and Chapter 4303. of the Revised Code. Failure to continue to use the location as a community facility constitutes good cause for rejection of the renewal of the liquor permit under division (A) of section4303.271of the Revised Code.
If a majority of the electors voting on the question specified in section4301.356of the Revised Code vote "no," no sales of beer or intoxicating liquor shall be made at or within the community facility during the period the election is in effect as defined
