Text

(A)If a majority of the electors in a precinct vote "yes" on question (B)(1) as set forth in section4301.354of the Revised Code, the sale of intoxicating liquor, of the same types as may be legally sold in the precinct on other days of the week, shall be permitted on Sunday in the portion of the precinct affected by the results of the election during the hours specified in division (N) of section4303.182of the Revised Code and in the manner and under the conditions specified in the question, subject only to this chapter and Chapter 4303. of the Revised Code.
(B)If a majority of the electors in a precinct vote "yes" on question (B)(2) as set forth in section4301.354of the Revised Code, the sale of intoxicating liquor, of the same types as may be legally sold in the precinct on other days
