Text

(A)If a majority of the electors in a precinct vote "yes" on question (A) as set forth in section4301.353of the Revised Code, the sale of beer, or wine and mixed beverages, as specified in the question shall be permitted in the portion of the precinct affected by the results of the election for sale by the package under permits that authorize the sale for off-premises consumption only, subject only to Chapters 4301. and 4303. of the Revised Code.
