Text
(A)If a petition is filed under section4301.332of the Revised Code for the submission of one or more questions set forth in this section, a special election shall be held in the precinct as ordered by the board of elections under that section. The expense of holding the special election shall be charged to the municipal corporation or township of which the precinct is a part.
(B)At the election, one or more of the following questions, as designated in a valid petition, shall be submitted to the electors of the precinct concerning Sunday sales:
(1)"Shall the sale of intoxicating liquor be permitted in a portion of this precinct on Sunday for consumption on the premises where sold, where the status of such Sunday sales as allowed or prohibited is inconsistent with the status of such Sun
