Text

If a petition is filed under section4301.332of the Revised Code for the submission of the one or more questions set forth in this section, a special election shall be held in the precinct as ordered by the board of elections under that section. The expense of holding the special election shall be charged to the municipal corporation or township of which the precinct is a part. At the election, one or both of the following questions as designated in a valid petition shall be submitted to the electors of the precinct concerning sales on days of the week other than Sunday:

(A)"Shall the sales of (insert one or both of the following: beer, or wine and mixed beverages) by the package, under permits that authorize sale for off-premises consumption only, be permitted in a portion of this preci
