The electors of an election precinct may exercise the privilege of local option under sections4301.353and4301.354of the Revised Code on the sale of beer, the sale of wine and mixed beverages, or the sale of spirituous liquor, on Sunday or on other days of the week, in a portion of the precinct in which the status of such sales as allowed or prohibited is inconsistent with the status of such sales in the remainder of the precinct because of a change in precinct boundaries by the board of elections or an annexation of territory to a municipal corporation. The privilege conferred by this section is in addition to the privilege conferred on the electors of an election precinct as specified in section4301.32,4301.321,4303.29, or4305.14of the Revised Code.
