Text

(A)Whenever the department of public safety seizes beer or intoxicating liquor, the department shall destroy or distribute the beer or intoxicating liquor, in accordance with sections2981.11to2981.13of the Revised Code.
(B)(1) In case of any seizure of beer or intoxicating liquor under execution of any judgment rendered against the holder of a permit, in relation to the foreclosure of any lien on any beer or intoxicating liquor belonging to a holder of a permit, in relation to the insolvency or bankruptcy of a holder of a permit, or in any other case in which judicial process is employed to subject any beer or intoxicating liquor belonging to or in the possession of the holder of a permit to any claim, the person seizing the beer or intoxicating liquor or the person's designe
