Text
The liquor control commission may cancel permits issued pursuant to Chapters 4301. and 4303. of the Revised Code in the event of death or bankruptcy of the holder, the making of an assignment for the benefit of the creditors of the holder, or the appointment of a receiver of the property of the holder, except as otherwise provided in the rules of the division of liquor control relative to the transfer of permits.
