(A)Notwithstanding the restrictions placed on manufacturers, wholesale distributors, and holders of permits for sale at retail or wholesale in section4301.24of the Revised Code, a manufacturer or wholesale distributor may engage in the following conduct, provided that the conduct does not lead to control of a permit holder by another person:
(1)A manufacturer or wholesale distributor may accept from or provide to a manufacturer or wholesale distributor travel, lodging, food, and beverages.
(2)A manufacturer or wholesale distributor may provide to a retail permit holder or the permit holder's employees or agents food, beverages, and recreational activities under either of the following circumstances:
(a)Food and beverages are provided by the manufacturer or wholesale distributor or t
