(A)The director of job and family services annually shall prepare a report and submit it by the first day of August to the persons listed in division (B) of this section. The director shall include all of the following information in the report with respect to the calendar year preceding the date the report is submitted:

(1)The number of calls received from applicants for and recipients of benefits under this chapter at all call centers operated by the director;

(2)The total number of claims for benefits filed under this chapter;

(3)The number of claims for benefits marked as potentially fraudulent;

(4)The number of complaints submitted by applicants for and recipients of benefits under this chapter through the uniform process created by the director under section4141.13of the Rev

(5) A summary of updates or changes to the technology the director uses to administer this chapter that have occurred during the calendar year covered by the report.

(B) The director shall submit the report required under division (A) of this section to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, and the governor.
