Text

There is hereby created in the state treasury the unemployment compensation administrative support other sources fund. The fund may consist of intrastate agency transfers, nonfederal grants, and other similar revenue sources. The director of job and family services shall use the fund to support program and administrative expenses related to the implementation of unemployment insurance initiatives within the department of job and family services and to release employment and wage information to state departments, other governmental agencies, service providers, accredited colleges and universities, nonprofit research organizations, and other organizations for use in providing or improving the provisions of employment and training services and for income verification, pursuant to section4141.
