Text

(A)No person shall disclose any information that was maintained by the director of job and family services or the unemployment compensation review commission or that was furnished to the director or the commission by employers or employees pursuant to this chapter, unless such disclosure is permitted under section4141.21or4141.211of the Revised Code.
(B)No person in the employ of the director, a county family services agency, a workforce development agency, or the commission, or who has been in the employ of the director, those agencies, or the commission, at any time, shall divulge any information maintained by or furnished to the director or the commission under this chapter and secured by the person while so employed, in respect to the transactions, property, business, or mechanical,
