(A)For any federal program administered by the director of job and family services in a manner similar to this chapter that provides money payments for loss of remuneration for services performed under any contract of hire that is not employment as defined in section4141.01of the Revised Code, the director of job and family services shall establish a verification system for the program that verifies whether an individual has filed annual returns using records maintained by the tax commissioner under Chapter 5747. of the Revised Code.
