Text

If any employer fails to comply with section4123.35of the Revised Code in accordance with the rules of the administrator of workers' compensation, the administrator shall file with the county recorder of any counties in which the employer's property is located, its certificate of the amount of premium due from the employer, and that amount shall be a lien from the date of filing against the real property and personal property of the employer within the county in which the certificate is filed. The county recorder shall record and index the certificate in the official record. The county recorder shall make no charge for the services provided by this section to be performed by the county recorder.
