Text
Sections4123.751to4123.754, inclusive, of the Revised Code shall be construed to extend the right of service of process upon nonresidents and upon residents who subsequently become nonresidents or who conceal their whereabouts or, after due diligence, whose whereabouts cannot be ascertained and no forwarding address can be found, and shall not be construed as limiting any provisions for the service or process now or hereafter existing.
